It’s important to us that you understand some points about the services which we are able to offer you. Please read the following information carefully.

General information

On request, we carry out an inspection of properties homes and structures, in connection with the services we provide. Unless otherwise instructed, we provide a full written individual report, specification, and quotation, our specifications include any work we propose to do, and our quotes are usually based on a fixed price. If a fixed price has not been possible, we will provide an estimate that would not be exceeded.

We also offer a consultancy service based on agreed fees, for mortgages, estate agents, and professionals who require them.

We are approved Permagard products contractors. Permagard is a company based in the UK that offers specialist products for the types of work we carry out. Being approved means that you can rest assured that we are efficient with the products that we are using, and that they are of fantastic quality.

Guarantees

Most of our work is covered by a guarantee; this is always included in our quotation, in most cases these can be backed by an insurance backed guarantee for that extra piece of mind, this type of guarantee does incur additional costs.
